I love this place but being talked to this way everytime I come in is ruining it.LUCID is a recreational and medically endorsed cannabis retailer. It got to a point today where I went in and he made me and the people in line extremely uncomfortable and he was being rude to a point where the customer behind me in line said something while we were waiting. I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm stupid or being talked to with an attitude. Whenever I go there I always hope he either isn't working or he won't be the one checking out my purchases. His attitude is horrible and everytime I've had to interact with him he is very rude and short with you. I don't want to name but there's a certain employee in suspenders that is in a terrible mood every time I'm there, which doesn't sound like a big deal but it's getting worse as time goes on.
However I didn't want to complain but it's gotten to a point where I'm about to stop going here. I've been coming here once every couple weeks since the pandemic started and their prices are good and atmosphere is great.
This place is just tryna make an extra buck off its customers. Don't fall for the gimmicks and support your dispensaries that are for YOUR COMMUNITIES. OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE THEY ARE HUSTLING YOU. Even their hemp wraps which are 99 cents everywhere else are PRICED HIGHER. Their Kelso Kreepers are 15 dollar 8ths everywhere else too BUT NOT HERE. For instance they would have Cowlits Gold in their store at 25 dollars an 8th when every where else it's 20 dollars. They're also taxing you guys on low end brands. They over price their products that are cheaper in other stores as well you'd be crazy to shop here or just dumb enough to waste your money. Their ID checker, an over weight white woman, laughed at the issue. They're always filled till the brim, this was clearly MISSING OIL. NEWS FLASH this isn't my first pax pod they don't have air bubbles. I tried to bring it back literally five mins later and they tried telling me it's an air bubble. They gave me a defected cartridge POD for the PAX era. This is literally the worst store in the area. But now I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place or the management! I could be walking in there with a fever of 101 and they are more worried about humiliating you and stripping you of your beliefs! I use to recommend this place. They're more worried about your hair then actually checking your temperature before you enter the facility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY RUDE!!! She argued with me and told me it doesn't matter your religious views, they don't care if you are muslin it's protocol for you to show your hair. I confronted the manager Chanel her name was. Even when your whole face is visible and clearly showing! (Top of your forehead to the bottom of your chin) Regardless of your religious believes. They make you take your mask off (during a pandemic) and they make you show them your hair.
& clearly the training has gotten weaker and the customer service is absolutely horrible now. Now this place always has new employees, people constantly coming and going. But most of them have found better opportunities that benefit them more & TREAT THEM BETTER. There definitely has been AMAZING employees & management at one point in time. I've been coming to Lucid since they first opened.
